Kat Edmonson is an award-winning jazz singer-songwriter and arranger whose music blends the Great American Songbook with sophisticated pop. Raised on the music and films of the early-to-mid-twentieth century, she brings those influences into her original songs and interpretations of classic material.

Her seventh studio album, Have Your Merry Christmas With Me, arrives November 6, 2026. The record unfolds like the soundtrack to a classic holiday romantic comedy, bringing together original compositions and imaginative reworkings of holiday standards rooted in jazz and spanning bossa nova, blues, gospel, and traditional pop.

Edmonson has appeared on Austin City Limits, NPR’s Tiny Desk, A Prairie Home Companion, and The Late Show, and has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Montreux Jazz Festival, and Blue Note Japan.
